Payments, Shipping & Returns


When is my credit card charged?
Credit cards are charged at the time of order.

Will I get an confirmation and invoice for my order?
Yes.  Immediately after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation that confirms the items ordered and the total amount of your order. This confirmation servces as your pre-invoice.  A final invoice will be emailed when your order is shipped.  



Where do you ship to?
We ship to mailing addresses in the United States and Canada only.

When will my order ship?
Expected shipment dates are listed for all Gast/Jun-Air parts on the product detail pages.  The majority of our parts are in stock and normally ship within 1-2 days. These parts are identified as “Usually ships in 1-2 days” on our website.  Some kits are built to order and the lead time is slightly longer. 

How much will shipping cost for my order?
Actual shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process and vary based on the shipping address, order size and the type of shipping you select. 

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes. You will receive a Shipping Notification via e-mail when your order is shipped.

What shipping vendor do you use?
We use UPS to deliver our orders. 

What shipping options are available?
The standard shipping option is UPS ground (3-5 business days for Continental US and 3-7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii).  We also offer a one-day shipping option for customers in the Continental US.


Return Policy

For orders purchased directly from the Gast/Jun-Air website, unused items may be returned for credit up to 45 days from the date of purchase, subject to a review for marketability before the return is authorized. A restocking fee of 35% of the list price will apply.  Credit will not be issued for the original shipping charges.  

All items submitted for return must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Gast/Jun-Air.  Use our online RMA request form to request an RMA number for your product.


Send the products, making sure to package properly to avoid damage in transit, to the address below. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

Gast/Jun-Air is not responsible for any shipping charges or damages for the return of the product to Gast Manufacturing. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide for all shipping, handling and insurance charges.

Gast/Jun-Air will evaluate and process the return claim in a timely manner and respond to you on the product’s disposition.
